Prints are billed at cost, based on weight of consumables used. Larger jobs may incur additional set up and post-processing fees. We always provide cost and lead time estimates before job commencement.
Our Additive Manufacturing Lab stocks many commonly used materials but we are also happy to special order based on your project needs.

SLA (Stereolithography)
A laser beam is used to cure (harden) a photosensitive resin. This process produces highly accurate, watertight prototypes and end-use parts in a range of advanced materials with fine features and smooth surface finishes.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)
A high-power laser beam is used to sinter or fuse small particles of polymer or metal powder into a solid structure. This process can create highly detailed and complex forms that are also strong and functional.

POLYJET (full color printing)
This technology can create multi-color and multi-material components using a process similar to an inkjet printer. Droplets of photopolymer are deposited onto a build plate where they are cured and hardened by a UV lamp.
